Your Role:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will grow our revenue by enabling the smooth implementation deployment of our AnalyseRx software across multiple sites and with multiple clinical and non-clinical customer stakeholders.
Managing AnalyseRx s deployment, you will ensure that new customers are set up for success, alongside identifying opportunities to enhance the process and supporting the Clinical Account Management team.
You will co-ordinate implantations implementations, delivering training to end users and contributing to the development of training materials and methods.
Additionally, you will:
- Engage with GP practices
- Liaise with our customer service teams to handle technical issues and trouble-shooting
- Escalate implementation risks and issues
- Seek out and share end user feedback with internal teams
- Maintain implementation assets such as documentation
- Able to travel to customer sites as needed across England and Wales
About You:
To be considered as an Implementation Specialist, you will need:
- A clinical background in primary care
- Experience in medicine optimisation
- Project management experience and a relevant qualification
- Experience in co-ordinating projects relating to primary healthcare and/or IT solutions
- Working knowledge of the main UK Primary care clinical systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
