Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Import and Export process for small packages on a global scale.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Monitor shipments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in an Import and Export role, preferably with small packages.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with shipping software.
