Duties
- Assist with freight forwarding, including coordinating with suppliers and third parties
- Ensure compliance with logistics requirements, including coordinating transportation and managing shipping documentation
- Processing deep sea imports
- Stay up-to-date with regulations related to the industry and assist in maintaining compliance
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Customer Service or Administration experience (desirable)
- Shipping and Logistics experience (desirable)
- We will also consider candidates with no office experience
- Ability to Drive/Have your own vehicle (essential)
