SalaryWe are looking for a detail-orientated and experienced Import/Export Administrator for our Swale based client. In this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all import and export activities to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth operations.
Shift patterns/Pay Rates:
Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
24k - max. 30k based on experience
The Import/Export Administrator role:
- Coordinate with 3rd parties to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods through customs and resolve any issues quickly.
- Assess and correctly code/identify products for export
- Proactively identify and address any issues related to import processes.
- Monitor and control import related costs.
Import/Export Administrator requirements:
- Experience in import/export and understanding procedures.
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of custom regulations.
- Computer literate
- Proficient Microsoft skills and knowledge of various platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of current tariffs and codes.
