The Role 
Our client is seeking an experienced Import / Export Coordinator to join their operations team, overseeing import and export shipments via sea, air and road. Further training will be provided for the right candidate. 
Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and clients via phone and email
• Manage the importation and exportation of shipments
• Arrange customs clearance when necessary 
• General administration support

The person

• Previous experience in general freight forwarding is essential
• Communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• PC literate / data entry
