The ideal Export Coordinator who will be reporting into the Freight Manager/ Operations Manager will have the following responsibilities and tasks:
- Completing Import Documentation across Road Freight Shipments
- Terminology involved in international shipping from time of purchase order issuance through the delivery of the cargo.
- Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and to create solutions in response to challenges both internally and externally.
- Completing Customs documentation including submissions.
The Ideal Export Clerk will have the following skills and attributes:
- Knowledge of Road Freight (Required)
- Knowledge of Customs
- 2 years experience
