We are delighted to be supporting an outstanding organisation based in Bradford who are looking to appoint an experienced Import & Export Administrator to join their trade department.
You must be able to demonstrate previous experience and knowledge or import and export legislation.
Duties include:
- Determine, check and issue certificates of origin (preference and non-preference)
- Give advice to exporters over the phone, by email and in person
- Review and issue export documents online
- Check, assemble and process application to meet deadlines
- Data input
- Handle calls - queries, and advice
- Prepare and attend meetings
- BD Calls to build relationships with clients and generate new business
Training:
You will also be required to undergo training as part of the role which will include ATA Carnets, International Import Certificates, Foreign and Commonwealth documents , HMRC Tarriff Classifaction
This is a full time role based on site in their central Bradford office. Hours are Mon to Fri 9am until 5.00pm.
Salary on offer is £25-28k pa.
