Description
Responsible for:
>To establish, update and maintain all required programme documentation using version control protocols.
>To support the implementation of a business planning framework for CYPE, working with heads of service and service managers as required to ensure that progress against directorate, divisional and service development plans is accurately reported to a range of internal and external governance groups.
>Prepare highlight reports for project and programme boards and working groups.
>Support the undertaking of stakeholder engagement, leading on aspects of this programme with support from the Service Manager.
>Ensure that boards, workshops and working groups are planned, facilitated and attended by all relevant stakeholders.
>Prepare materials to support programme and project delivery including presentations, process maps, data analyses, guidance documents and reports.
>Keep track of all programme deliverables and ensure that programme and project teams are on track for delivery, identifying risks to the programme and providing assistance where required.
>To arrange and manage and minute meetings and workshops
Role Purpose and Role Dimensions:
>To provide programme and project support to the improvement and innovation team, working with leaders and managers across the directorate to support improved outcomes for children.
>The post holder is tasked with supporting the development and delivery of innovation and change projects which deliver better outcomes across education and children's social care as well as achieving financial sustainability in times of reducing resources.
>The postholder will have experience of supporting programmes and multiple projects, stakeholders and service users including children and families within a programme environment.
