NET Recruit are partnering with a fantastic air conditioning and Chiller Engineering business who are seeking an Improver Chiller Engineer to join the team in London. With decades of experience and a diverse product and service offering, this business has grown on its success for many years now and prides itself on providing excellent quality services to its clients who operate across many different sectors.
As one of its key product and service lines, the business is growing their chiller offering, including servicing, and as such are looking to take on a knowledgeable engineer who can join the team and provide high quality support to their clients with servicing, repair and maintenance work.
Your Role and Responsibilities
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, regarding the chillers product line, diagnosing system problems and sourcing solutions
- Resolving routine problems
- Providing a high-quality customer service, whilst also in the most cost-effective manner
- Conducting scheduled and preventative maintenance on plant and associated chiller equipment
- Liaising with relevant departments and stakeholders to relay information regarding any issues
- Utilising the resources available, including software, technology, hand-tools, blueprints and specifications
- Ensuring servicing tools, equipment and clothing is maintained in a satisfactory condition at all times
What you will need to Apply:
Applicants for this role, would ideally hold an engineering qualification and must have several years of relevant experience working within chillers and air conditioning and be FGas qualified. Additionally, you should have experience working specifically with chiller products and equipment in a commercial setting. You will additionally need a full, clean driving license. To support your day to day work, you will need to possess good communication abilities in order to liaise with internal and external parties when needed.
What you will get in Return:
For the successful candidate within this role, a starting salary of up to £32,000 will be on offer, depending on prior experience and knowledge, which will accompany an additional benefits package include a competitive holiday and pension allowance, an attractive bonus potential, a brand new company vehicle and all travel expenses covered. There will also be the option to do overtime, if this is desired.
