In-House Pr Account Director

A fast growing, London-based luxury wellness/beauty company is on the hunt for a strategic In-House PR Account Director.

The role

The In-House PR Account Director is responsible for leading all PR efforts, developing and selling PR stories, and managing external PR agencies across key regions including the UK, USA and UAE. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic PR Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the brand’s objectives.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts.
• Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling PR materials.
• Sell-in PR Stories: Proactively identify PR opportunities and develop compelling story angles.
• Agency Management: Serve as the main point of contact for external PR agencies in the UK, USA, and ROW.
• Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of PR campaigns and initiatives, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to address potential issues and mitigate reputational risk.
• Budget Management: Manage PR budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering campaigns within budget constraints.
• Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyse PR performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, and other departments to ensure integration and alignment of PR efforts.
