In-house Recruiter - 18m FTC

Are you experienced in Talent Acquisition and looking for your next opportunity?

Handle are working with a leading sports business who are seeking a proactive and driven Talent professional to join their team on an 18 month FTC.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for active vacancies and managing the candidate journey. You will use best practice in areas of recruitment policy, job descriptions, job adverts and promote the appropriate employer brand as well as manage the Talent Acquisition data and reporting processes, running regular reports and tracking data.

The ideal candidate will have strong 360 recruitment experience within an internal recruitment role and be confident in creating a diverse TA process. You will also have experience with tracking and reporting from the system and creating dashboards. There will be scope to get involved in some project work, and someone who is passionate about first class stakeholder management will thrive in this role.
