In-House Senior Construction Lawyer

Douglas Scott are delighted to support our longstanding Property development client with an excellent new opening for a Senior Construction Solicitor
This is a fantastic opportunity for a non contentious Construction Solicitor to join a market leading Property business at their Midlands HQ
You'll play a key role in supporting the Head of Legal and the wider in-house team with a rage of construction related duties, including:

• Review, draft, negotiate and advise on a variety of complex property and construction agreements, including contractors, consultants, architects and other external advisors.
• Provide sound legal and regulatory advice to internal teams and senior stakeholder group, to facilitate Board level decision making
• Input into some construction related litigation matters to support the wider team
• Help to influence the Group Legal strategy across the business 

Ideally we are looking for UK qualified Construction Solicitors from 5 PQE upwards, with experience of acting on high value, complex property and construction projects. You will also have demonstrable experience of working with large development clients as part of a well regarded UK Firm
