Role
We are currently looking for an In Room Bar Attendantto join our team of associates in In Room Dining at Rosewood London. OurIn Room Bar Attendants are appointed to ensure that all guest rooms and minibars are maintained in accordance with the Rosewood standards.
Key expectations of this role are
- Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
- Stocks and replaces missing items in the minibar in guest rooms, inspect and clean the minibars in accordance with departmental procedures and policies.
- Ensures products in minibar and guest room are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove and replace those products as necessary.
- Monitor and report any misuse or unexplained stock discrepancies.

- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
- Having a passion for guest service as well as food and drinks.
- Being able to communicate clearly and effectively.
