Key Responsibilities of the Inbound Call Centre Advisor:
- Handle Inbound Calls from customers professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer queries
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
- Escalate any complex queries or complaints
Experience needed of the Inbound Call Centre Advisor:
- Previous experience in a customer service or Call Centre role is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
