Inbound Customer Services Representative - Ecommerce - DEWSBURY £12 per hour = 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday PERMANENT ROLE - full time On behalf of Our Client - we are looking for 3 Inbound Customer Services Representatives for a basic ecommerce support role based in Central Dewsbury. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ; To assist with inbound sales queries, on telephone and email etc, to manage sales orders in a professional articulate and informed manner – managing issue/complaints/etc in a timely manner Managing delivery/despatch of orders and being informative throughout Using common sense through experience in the role – and own initiative to manage each individual instance – every query is different. Monday to Friday 9 -5 @ £12 per hour with incentives for positive reviews and 100% compliance in the role A good Inbound Customer service all rounder – qualified by experience – ideally in retail/ecommerce, etc
