Yolk Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading travel insurance company to recruit for Sales Advisors in Cardiff. We are looking for candidates with customer facing or sales experience, you will be working in a fast-paced inbound contact centre environment.

Your responsibilities as an Inbound Sales Advisor

As a sales Advisor you will be managing inbound calls selling travel insurance to our niche market customers.

• Effectively handle Inbound Sales calls from customers wishing to purchase travel insurance.
• To achieve personal sales and performance targets
• To Identify customers' needs and upsell policies to maximise sales opportunities.
• To manage sensitive data accordingly
• To manage outbound renewal calls for existing customers as and when required by the business - managing your own pipeline at all times
• Providing customer with fantastic customer service

Your skills/ experience as an Inbound Sales Executive

• Experience in sales or customer facing roles.
• Target driven
• Experience in a regulated industry is ideal but not essential
• Ability to discuss sensitive topics.
• Professional telephone manner is essential.
• Brilliant communication skills
