Inbound Sales Advisor

Your new company An award-winning financial services organisation, based in the heart of Brighton are hiring an Inbound Sales Advisor to join their team. Working in modern offices, you will join a dedicated sales team, who strive to always put the customer first. Although they have recently experienced significant growth, this is an established organisation with a good reputation locally and nearly 50 years' experience in the sector. They currently serve over 2 million customers in the UK and boast impressive customer satisfaction scores. Your new role Working in the Inbound Sales team, you will be predominantly speaking to an existing customer base. Typical duties include: handling inbound calls from customers, following up on online quotes and enquiries as well as retentions. You will receive full training on financial products including a 7-day induction and on the job coaching/support. You will work towards achievable targets, which will increase as you gain experience. KPI's include number of sales, conversion rates and call volumes. This role is 100% office based with a 37.5 hour working week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm & 10.00am-6.30pm (rotating each week). What you'll need to succeed You'll have previous sales experience, ideally phone based or within financial services. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are also a must This position is 5 days a week in the office, so you will live within a commutable distance of central Brighton. You will be resilient and target driven - this is a sales position What you'll get in return You'll receive an annual salary of £23.5k plus commission (circa £30k OTE, based on sales/revenue generated), full training will be provided and a generous benefits package is offered.
