Sales Advisor responsibilities:
- Generate new target prospects through research, networking and referrals.
- A high number of leads are already qualified by our marketing team.
- Generate qualified appointments with key stakeholders who have decision making authority.
- Engage with prospects and customers via telephone/email/social to build pipeline.
- Showcase the product/service offered over Zoom. Close a high volume of deals in your pipeline.
- Achieve KPIs set by leadership on a daily basis.
- Convert leads to sales and pass through to our in-house Onboarding specialists.
- Complete a detailed handover to the Onboarding team.
- Surpass personal targets and possess a clear understanding of performance criteria.
- Complete structured notes for each demonstration booked.
- Maintain activity in HubSpot to a high standard.
What we look for in a Sales Advisor:
- Experience in selling software over the phone is preferable.
- A proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients.
- A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never give up' attitude.
- An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices.
- Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation.
- Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts.
- Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail
- Have good administration skills: you will be required to keep our Hubspot system up to date with relevant sales information.
