The role:
To handle inbound calls and give quotations to cusotmers
To achieve personal sales and performance targets Up-sell and identify sales opportunities Manage new and existing customers Record all relevant data on their CRM system Manage sensitive data Must be flexible Excellent telephone manner Experience:
Preferably from an insurance background (although not essential) Previous experience in sales and used to targets / KPI s Able to work under pressure Must be able to plan and organise IT literate with good numerical skills You will be working a 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern within the office until fully trained, then you will have an option to work hybrid
Includes a shift of 12pm-8pm (once every 4-6 weeks), (1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month) will also be required.
In return you will receive a basic salary of GBP22,000 with a monthly bonus of GBP250 for the first 6 months while training commission structure offers a realistic OTE of GBP34,000 per annum, plus a performance related bonuses.
