Are you a persuasive and proactive individual with a passion for helping others achieve their cosmetic goals? Our client, a leading provider of cosmetic surgeries, is seeking a dedicated Inbound Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the sales department, you will play a crucial role in converting warm leads and enquiries into booked appointments. Please note this position is working full time from their offices near East Grinstead & own transport is essential due to location. The Role: Engage with customers via inbound enquiries, providing knowledgeable advice and pricing information on a range of cosmetic surgeries. Utilise your persuasive mentality to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and close sales. Provide quotations and book appointments for interested customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process. The Person: Strong persuasive skills and a proven ability to convert enquiries into appointments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Full training on procedures will be provided; however, a proactive and adaptable mindset is essential. The Package: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (30 minute lunch) Starting salary of £26,000pa bonus Benefits include 25 days holiday bank holidays, private healthcare & contributory pension/ Full training and support provided to help you excel in your role.
