Embark on a rewarding journey as an Inbound Sales Representative in Cardiff, with a starting salary of £22,000, accompanied by an enticing commission scheme. I am seeking individuals who relish the thrill of a fast-paced sales environment and are driven to contribute to our niche market.
In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers seeking travel insurance, with the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus of up to £3,500 on top of the monthly commission scheme.

Your core responsibilities will include managing Inbound Sales calls, meeting sales and performance targets, identifying customer needs, and maintaining customer records. Additionally, you will provide a Gold standard customer experience and adhere to our regulatory framework.

Seeking individuals who take personal responsibility for their development, are IT-literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have a proven track record in sales, be comfortable discussing sensitive topics, and have a professional telephone manner.
The company will provide you with a laptop, personal headset, and E-writer, pre-installed with the necessary software and applications.
They operate during flexible hours, from 8:30 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm on Saturdays, 10 am to 5 pm on Sundays, and 10 am to 4 pm on bank holidays.
