CYBER INCIDENT RESPONSE SPECIALIST / LEAD - BELFAST (HYBRID)


Join a leading global cybersecurity firm headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, with a UK and European base in Belfast, Northern Ireland. They're on the lookout for a skilled individual to fill the role of Cyber Security and Incident Response Lead. This position offers a unique chance to be at the forefront of delivering exceptional cybersecurity consultancy services, focusing primarily on technical Incident Response.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of cybersecurity consultants and contractors to provide top-tier incident management services.
  • Collaborating with the UK and Global Management Team while reporting to the Head of Incident Management.
  • Analyzing security incidents, identifying threats, and effectively mitigating risks.
  • Leveraging expertise in cybersecurity principles, risk assessment, and penetration testing to offer strategic guidance to clients.
  • Developing and maintaining Incident Response plans & playbooks.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Industry-recognised certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, CEH, and others.
  • Proficiency in network security, Incident Response planning, and evaluating security risks of emerging technologies.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with Incident Response automation.
  • Digital Forensics experience would be ideal
