Job Title: Inclusion and Independence Coaches (Learning Support)
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: 22,000 - 30,000 per year
Start Date: Immediately
Contract Type: Full-time

Our schools in Chelmsford are seeking motivated and adaptable Inclusion and Independence Coaches (Learning Support) to join our team immediately. About Us: As an Inclusion and Independence Coach, you will play a vital role in promoting Inclusion and empowering students to achieve independence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • As an Inclusion and Independence Coach, you will work closely with students to develop strategies and skills that promote Inclusion and Independence.
  • Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective support plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Facilitate group sessions and workshops focused on building independence skills, self-confidence, and social-emotional development.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as necessary to ensure continued growth and success.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs and a commitment to promoting Inclusion and Independence.
