Inclusion Coordinator

The Opportunity

QBE International are recruiting for an Inclusion Coordinator to join our well-establish and successful People team. You will be supporting the Inclusion Manager overseeing and implementing initiatives related to the social responsibility sustainability pillar of our ESG strategy and building a more inclusive and diverse workplace.

Your new role

  • Assist in regularly reviewing and sharing Inclusion of Diversity listening insights and trends to shape future opportunities for social sustainability, focusing on a data driven approach to improving our people’s lived experiences. 

  • Support the design, delivery, and promotion of impactful inclusion of diversity initiatives and events in partnership with employee networks, the wider People team and business. 

  • Track and share progress against our Inclusion of Diversity targets and commitments and support associated internal and external reporting requirements.  

  • Partner with our employee networks to amplify the voices of our people, raise awareness, educate, celebrate, and challenge the way we do things whilst ensuring activities are aligned to our overall Inclusion of Diversity strategy. 

  • Stay ahead of major developments in the Inclusion of Diversity space and the wider industry to create new opportunities to progress social sustainability.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and align our Inclusion of Diversity initiatives with wider business activities, including our overarching ESG strategy, so that we tell a consistent, aligned narrative.  

About you

  • A-Levels educated or bachelor’s degree.

  • An interest and passion for Diversity and Inclusion, Social impact and the wider ESG agenda

  • Exceptional organisation and self-management skills

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data and effectively identify and present trends to stakeholders.

  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

  • Enthusiasm for exploring innovative and sustainable solutions to help drive positive change in a commercial environment.

  • Good level of fluency when talking about Diversity and Inclusion.

  • Effectively manage expectations of key stakeholders.
