Inclusion Room Lead
Salary: Grade 6, Scale Point 13-19 (£23,186 - £25,692 actual salary per annum)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time Only, plus 5 days
Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 & Friday 08:00 - 15:30 (30 minute unpaid break)

The Thrive Co-operative Learning Trust is responsible for ten schools across Hull; three secondary and seven primary. A Thrive school is one that is a dynamic community of staff, pupils and their families all focussed on one thing - inspiring pupils to thrive in life.
The Boulevard Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced Inclusion Room Lead to oversee our provision for students requiring additional support with the support of Senior Leaders and the Pastoral Team the postholder will be the main supervisor etc. You will be required to administrate and supervise the day to day running of the internal Inclusion Room, and to co-ordinate work from relevant subject areas. The postholder will be the sole supervisor of the Inclusion Room so the ability to work alone is essential.
You will need to be positive, calm and resilient, and to have a good understanding of the drivers of poor behaviour and strategies to support students.You will be able to supplement the work provided when necessary so the students are able to remain focussed and on task and will have the skill to support students to access the work as necessary
