Inclusion Worker (E3297) - Ethos Academy Trust, Reach Academy

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Inclusion Worker to join our team at Reach Academy, dedicated to supporting our young people to reach their full potential. The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high quality support and engagement, supporting and encouraging learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing, whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence.
