There is an impressive financial package, and non-validated financial support during
transition.
This is an Employed role.
The package for financial planners is designed to pay 80% of adviser fees.
£80k basic salary and OTE £130,000+. More for financial planners with £20m+ FUM
aggregate.
Salary is not fee validated during transition, thereafter 100% validation (£80k in fees
validates £80k salary, fee balance goes into bonus pool).
Pension, PMI, life cover and share scheme incentive plan included.
Planned capital event within next 5 years, plus exit strategy.
Clients know in most instances they can follow their adviser without making
changes to their existing arrangements. In situations where existing
arrangements are being replaced, superior performance and lower charges are
attractive.
