Join our long-standing client s Independent Garage as their new Garage Manager and take charge of their operations!
They re a well-established Independent Garage dedicated to providing top-quality automotive services and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, procurement, quality control, and customer relations to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate mechanics, technicians, and support staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide training opportunities.
- Customer Service: Maintain a customer-centric approach, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction for retention.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, attract new customers, and retain existing ones
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure workshop compliance with regulations, conduct safety audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Financial Management: Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to achieve targets.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Maintain relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure a consistent supply of quality parts.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, staying updated with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving the business forward
Salary and Benefits
- Up to GBP42k Basic DOE
- GBP50K OTE
- Monday Friday
- Attendance bonus
- No Weekends
