We are on the lookout for an Indian Chef!
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food production and managing the kitchen staff. This is an exciting opportunity. We are looking for someone with great knowledge of North Indian food, especially the grill.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative and delicious menu items
- Ensure high quality of food presentation and taste
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and assistants
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and menus
- Manage food costs and maintain profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
