Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Coordinate and supervise food preparation and cooking activities
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
