Individual Giving Manager

WR Fundraising Recruitment are delighted to be working with Coeliac UK – looking for an Individual Giving Manager to join their small, friendly team.
We have a wonderful opportunity for someone to work closely with an inspirational Head of Fundraising to lead on developing and implementing a range of Individual Giving campaigns across digital and print.
The charity has a great base of supporters and members and you will be responsible for regular newsletters and specific campaigns such as charity lottery and raffle.
This is a brilliant role for someone looking to work in Individual Giving.
You might have like for like experience or have a grounding in direct marketing, digital or general fundraising comms. This role offers dedicated development opportunities where you can hone your skills while creating great campaigns.
The ability to analyse, report and recommend is essential for this role. If you’re interested in this vacancy, you will have used these traits in a marcoms focussed role.
Individual Giving Manager
Full Time, Permanent
High Wycombe with hybrid working (twice a week in the office)
£33,675 per annum
Duties will include:
• Manage the day-to-day development and execution of Individual Giving campaigns to generate gifts and grow income
• Working closely with external agencies to best effect
• Overseeing the scheduling and coordination work in relation to appeals, events and fundraising activities
• Research and recommend ways of improving donor / supporter acquisition & retention.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Knowledge and experience of the principles of direct marketing and/or Individual Giving
• Knowledge of strategies, approaches and techniques using a variety of channels from digital to mail
• Experience of monitoring and analysing direct marketing campaigns
• Experience of working with external suppliers including direct marketing agencies
