We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to support a child during lessons and at playtimes in the afternoons. The successful candidate would need to remain calm under pressure and have a firm, consistent yet nurturing approach to supporting children to regulate their behaviour.
Experience of supporting children with attachment needs and autism would be an advantage but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
The position is being advertised as Monday to Friday 12:30pm to 3:15pm term time only. NOTE:
