SalaryAdecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a number a Industrial Cleaners for our well-established manufacturing client based in Killingworth.
Our client is a leading manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality products in a clean and organised environment. We prioritise cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Factory Cleaners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in industrial facilities, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
- Remove debris, waste, and hazardous materials from designated areas.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces, machinery, and equipment according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet cleaning objectives and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an industrial cleaner or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Additional information:
- Temporary from asap until end of March minimum
- Mon to Fri 8-5 (8 hours per day)
- £11.00 per hour
- Free parking on site
