Industrial Cleaning Manager

Are you an experienced Industrial Cleaning Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity based in Chelmsford for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team.

As the Industrial Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for the following :

• Ensuring client satisfaction at a senior management level
• Operational responsibility - Know what, where & when the direct employees allocated to you are doing, Contract compliance & constant viewing of all operational activities
• Health and safety compliance, and budgetary control at an operational level.
• Maintaining employee culture, improve work performance and continuously improve atmosphere of team working
• Managing industrial relations
• Seeking out opportunities for business expansion
• Relationship with Company Senior Management & Director

In return, our client offers a competitive salary of 50,000 per annum.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of health and safety practices and legislative compliance. You should also have experience in budgetary control and be able to maintain strong relationships with senior management and directors.
