Industrial Electrical Technician

Salary up to £35k
Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30am with a 1hr lunch break.

You will be joining a worldwide company who specialise in waste management, water solutions, industrial site services and more across a wide range of sectors, such as retail, food and beverages, chemicals and more!
Due to their continued progression in the industry, they are seeking an Electrical Technician to join their Plant Maintenance team carrying out electrical maintenance of mobile water equipment.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Electrical Fault finding
• Fault-finding in control systems (PLCs', SCADA, DCS etc) through preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain electrical control systems in containers, trailers and skids. Including lighting, direct on-line, instrumentation, pumps / motors, etc.
• Assist in the development of plant modification and improvement work.
• Following EHS and Quality standards and suggesting possible improvements.

This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.
Skills and Experience required:

• 3 years' experience in a similar role
• 17th or 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Previously worked within an industrial environment.
• Health and safety trained and aware.
• Proactive and able to manage own time effectively.
