Experienced Labourer with Forklift Counterbalance Licence required for manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Plymouth. The successful candidate will be required to carry out general industrial labouring and cleaning duties along with Forklift Counterbalance driving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Swarf removal from machine tools.
- Cleaning machines.
- General housekeeping and floor cleaning.
- Driving of Forklift Counterbalance truck to load and unload deliveries.
- Driving of company vehicle to make local deliveries and collections.
Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:
- A valid, in date Forklift Counterbalance Licence gained from an external training provider such as Westcountry Training or CMT Training. Candidates who are shortlisted must be in possession of their licence and be able to provide proof upon request.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous experience of Industrial labouring within either Engineering or Manufacturing.
Working hours are Day Shift comprising of Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 15:30 and Friday’s 07:00 to 13:00 (38 hours per week).
