Form of workAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced or trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Industrial team based in our Portsmouth Office. Are you a dynamic driven, people orientated person who can build long term relationships with both clients and candidates then this could be the right position for you. Ideally you will have previous experience within recruitment or sales but also Industry transferrable skills.

In line with our vision to extend further our specialist brands, we acquired RPC International Recruitment in 2021 whose office are based in the Southampton area and again this further increases our resources to enable us to expand our services to all our client companies. Our latest company acquisition, 4ExMilitary Jobs, is an award-winning recruitment specialist specifically targeting ex-military personnel both here in the UK and worldwide.

As part of the job role you will be:
- Generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities.
- People orientated.
- Working with integrity, including ability to relate to people and instil trust.
- Continual relationship development.
- Targeted on sales activity and revenue generation.
- Effective management and development with your clients and accounts.
- On site and remote visits and review meetings to manage client expectations.
- You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
