Industrial Recruitment Consultant

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus bonuses

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Liverpool.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of growing existing clients and will be responsible for managing key accounts within the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients


• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base


• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent


• Screening and interviewing candidates for industrial roles


• Providing a high level of customer service to clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Industrial Recruitment or account management within the industrial sector


• Strong account management skills with a proven track record of growing existing clients


• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25000 - £26,500 per annum plus bonuses.
