Pertemps Network Group, Having been established in 1961 and having over 200 offices situated throughout the UK, are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our award winning team in Crewe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for industrial and commercial roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and source top talent for open positions
• Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in recruitment, preferably in the industrial and commercial sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
