Job description

Campaign Co-Ordinator

Start date: ASAP

Term: Fixed 3- month contract for probation and then a roll-on to a permanent position (subject to candidate performance)

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week).

Location: Home based

Salary: £23,500 per year

Essential Job Expectations and Responsibilities:

- Liaise with our partnered brands & PR agencies for upcoming campaigns.

- Sourcing new influencers for campaigns and our in-house roster.

- Manage all aspects of Influencer Marketing Campaigns from campaign creation/ assignment to campaign execution and follow up.

- Negotiating and managing campaign budgets with clients.

- Negotiating talent fees with content creators.

- Database management (Monday.com) for all active campaigns.

- Email management, including day to day admin tasks associated with Influencer Marketing Campaigns.

Must Haves:

- Passion for Influencer Marketing with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in either PR, digital marketing or Influencer Marketing.

- Be able to demonstrate experience in building consistently productive relationships.

- Knowledge and experience of using social media platforms.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight timelines.

- Experience of using a database (such as Monday.com) for admin purposes and can showcase excellent administrative capabilities.

- Strong experience of key stakeholder management.

- Strong team player.

- Positive and enthusiastic with an organised approach to work.

- Highly motivated self-starter with good time management skills.

- Can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
