We are looking to recruit an Information Advisor at City of Glasgow College Library services. The successful candidate will work with the library manager to support the implementation of library services communications and liaison strategy. To build relationships with faculty staff and students and to advise on the use of library content and resources for course development. They will be passionate about offering guidance and support to our staff and students to deliver the best experience of library services.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Degree level qualification or equivalent experience along with excellent liaison and customer service skills. They will be pro-active in keeping up to date with the latest developments in libraries and liaise and communicate effectively with library staff on any service-related challenges and developments.

The successful candidate will contribute to the support of front-line service desk operations and developing an excellent seamless customer service.
