Job role:Information Communications Technician Apprentice Level 3
Location: Humber Region – Travel between Hull & Immingham
During this apprenticeship you will be learning how deliver customer-centric IT support function across all ABP’s 21 port locations, ensuring consistent and high-quality service.
You will also be contributing to the preparation for new or changed services, operation of the change process, the maintenance of regulatory, legal and professional standards, the building and management of systems and components in virtualised and cloud computing environments and the monitoring of performance of systems and services.
Entry requirements
- 5x GCSEs including English and Maths L5
