Temporary Information Data Assistant/ Amin - Adult Social Care

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour PAYE
37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
This opening assignment is for 3 months
City: NEWBURY
The candidate will need to be flexible to work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in the Newbury offices
Information Data Assistant to work with the Information Coordinator in Adult Social Care and the Specialist Info. To assist with the migration of data from the existing Directory to a new platform.
The successful candidate will have access to back office of the Directory for updates and management of the day-to-day running of Adult, FIS, and LO records.
Key Responsibilities
Regular reporting of sufficiency and Ofsted updates for the Education team.
Contacting records holders to update their own records and assisting them.
Monitoring the Directory Outlook inbox and responding to emails.
Actioning of quarterly reporting for Adults service plan reports.
Assist with the upgrading of the service, migration of data from the existing platform to the new platform, based on need
Assist existing and new record holders with record management under the new platform
Access to Google Analytics to monitor Directory use.
