SalaryOur Information & Sales Assistants will ensure everyone is welcome by providing excellent service standards over the phone, through email, webchat, and face to face on our front counter. The role will ensure sales are maximised and that the customer experience is always of the highest standard by providing a welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service. This will involve working in all Information & Sales locations, and on occasion, at off-site events.

Successful candidates are required to attend a full weeks' worth of training in the week of 3 June 2024 10:00-17:00, it is a paramount to the job role and successful candidates MUST be available for all these dates and times.
