Information Security Architect

Information Security ArchitectAs an Information Security Architect at Sodexo you'll be pivotal in the success of major projects by ensuring secure designs for new systems and achieving recognised accreditations. You'll use your experience of Security Architecture to lead on the technical designs of Sodexo's core applications, a hugely varied tech stack spanning all our industry segments. You'll also play a crucial role in our achievement of security industry accreditations, such as Cyber Essentials +, ISO27001 and the MoD's SbD (formerly DART), as well as supporting on risk assessments to aid senior leadership's decision-making. In this role you'll join a talented, growing cyber security team, and enjoy the opportunity to make a real difference to Sodexo and our customers through your business-critical work.What you’ll do:Provide technical guidance and advice as the Information Security Subject Matter Expert on architecture, design, and configuration to define secure, scalable, and resilient architecturePerform security assessments of on premise and Cloud (private/SaaS solutions and Sodexo public Cloud/Azure) architectures and servicesContribute to the definition of IT & Information Security policies, standards, and processesSupport with new client acquisition in relation to IT & Information Security clauses and requirements, specifically around security accreditations (Cyber Essentials +, ISO27001, DART) and risk assessments (of Sodexo and our third party suppliers)Collaborate closely with Sodexo business areas and other IT functions to improve security maturity in a range of ways What you bring:Proven Information Security Architecture experience, reviewing and creating high-level and low-level technology architecture documentationExperience and knowledge of risk assessments, including their methodologies and the summary of complex IT & Information Security risk and issues in simple terms for senior stakeholdersExperience supporting large businesses in the successful certification of Information Security & Cyber Security accreditationsGreat communication skills to build honest, understanding relationships with technical and non-technical colleaguesThe ability to achieve UK SC security clearance is a requirement of this roleWhat we offer: Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent benefitsWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
