Job description

The successful applicant will be part of a small team of accounts and administration staff who support the company's branch network.

Good communication and keyboard skills along with familiarity with word and excel are essential.

The position will suit an individual who enjoys problem solving is keen to learn and is enthusiastic.

This can be a part-time or full time position, permanent

The main role of this position is looking after the company's Information Systems

Salary: £14-£15 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Information Systems (preferred)

Administrative Duties:

  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Information Systems Duties:

  • Maintain cyber and information security
  • Manage the V.O.I.P. services via portal
  • Maintain existing networks and provide new networks where required
  • Installation and provision of ongoing support and troubleshooting as required for computer hardware and software
  • Provide support and liaise with the provider for repairs of printers
  • Maintain email accounts, provide support as required
  • Ongoing support of internal systems
  • Maintain website

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £14.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
