Job Description

You would provide operational user support for the bank in terms of user access management, fault management, maintenance, and system configuration tasks for core business banking applications.


The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between internal business users and third-party providers of the Bank’s core software systems.


Could you provide support to our core business applications, and deal with any issues promptly and efficiently?

About you


For this role you will need the following skills and experience:


  • Previous experience supporting enterprise applications / solutions.
  • Methodical approach to work and the ability to deal with complex technical systems or issues.
  • To be able to clearly communicate at a high level, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
  • Previous experience working on IT and/or business projects is desirable.
  • Previous experience of working within financial services would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce would also be advantageous. ​
