Job Description
What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience of all aspects of Windows Infrastructure Support
- Knowledge of MS Server 2016 (the IT estate is on-prem)
- Knowledge of MS Azure AD & O365 integrations
- Proactive management of system patching
- Performing regular system backups and recovery
- Previous experience of Cisco Network technology (Switching, Firewall etc.)
- Additional knowledge of Citrix, NAS, HP servers, SAN's is beneficial
- Previous experience of ITIL practices
The Successful Applicant
A successful Infrastructure Engineer should have:
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system management
- Knowledge of network and data security
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and development
