Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft systems, modern device management solutions primarily using Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM), and lntune
• Creating and maintaining applications and driver packages
• Providing level 3 support with in-depth knowledge of desktop/application troubleshooting
• Researching and developing new technology, latest hardware, tools and scripts to support desktop computing and the end user desktop experience
• Providing support for Windows operating system patching, enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 10, Remote management, and troubleshooting
• Providing support for Mobile Device Management (MOM) using tools such as Jamf, Meraki, lntune and Apple School Manager
• Providing support on deploying applications and patches to iOS, MacOS and Android devices
• Creation and monitoring of compliance reporting
• AD Group policy management and troubleshooting
• Being the first point of contact for third line service desk ticket resolution
• Acting as a project team member on other projects run by other members of the Group ICT team
• Assisting with the population of articles in the SCSM Knowledge Base
• Ensuring that support is carried out according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation

We would like to hear from you if you have:

• Demonstrable experience of balancing priorities and successful delivery of objectives, in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• The ability to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical issues
• The ability to react quickly and effectively to issues and opportunities
• The ability to self-manage, organise, and prioritise tasks and work under pressure during troubleshooting and problem-solving
• A minimum of three years' experience of carrying out a similar client facing role
• Proven experience using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Proven track record in working to strict timescales and of working with staff at all levels
• Experience of working in an on-site IT based Customer Service
• Knowledge of O365 Click to run packaging and management
• Knowledge of application and driver packaging - new versions of current apps
• Experience in the Windows server 2016 to Windows server 2022, Windows 10, and Hyper Von Windows 2016/2022
• Good understanding of Networking, DNS and DHCP
• Good understanding of MacOS, iOS, iPadOS
