Infrastructure Network Engineer

Our client is a well-established international organisation in the healthcare industry, providing integrated veterinary care through multiple business areas. They are currently seeking a skilled Infrastructure Network Engineer to join their team at their Support Office. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of their expansive network infrastructure.
Your new role

• Ensure high availability and monitor network performance, promptly addressing any issues.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to support the rollout of the SD-WAN solution.
• Work closely with the Project Team to successfully deliver estate-wide projects, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
• Integrate network infrastructure with other enterprise systems in collaboration with IT teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for network infrastructure.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Possess 2+ years of experience in a network-related role.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and security best practices.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence as occasional travel within the UK may be required.
• CCNA
• Experience with Azure or AWS
